What is your primary product or service?
Cruises from Seattle to Alaska, Caribbean cruises from Florida and the Gulf Coast, Europe Cruises, Mexico and West Coast Cruises, South Pacific... pretty much anywhere major cruise lines go. We now specialize in European & China River Cruises, as well.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a flight attendant for United Airlines years ago, then owned Seattle Bridge Center. After doing a couple of bridge cruises with my customers, I decided to specialize in cruising. I sold the Bridge Center in 1986 and have been cruising since! We've hosted many trips to Europe, South Pacific, land vacations to National Parks, and... my wife and I have hosted almost 50 Alaska Cruises from Seattle and Vancouver.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We still have one on one service available for our customers. We do not send our customers to the internet to complete their paperwork; we do the work FOR them. We have longer hours than retail agencies, and offer more assistance, including personalized attention to every detail of the vacation down to which shore excursions we think may be best for a particular guest.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our agents are "in the cloud". Responsible workers who can work remote have been a great asset. We have workers in the Midwest and on the West Coast, so are open longer hours, and... we are always looking for more help.

We do not have a retail location open to the public. Our fulfillment office is in Fourmile, South Dakota, and we encourage customers who are in the area to come see us by appointment. We have a spectacular setup in the Southern Black Hills about 30 minutes from Mt Rushmore.
